The first pee of the day is the best as the levels of hCG(the pregnancy hormone that pee tests detect) are higher then. But a test will still detect it anytime of day if there are high enough levels of hCG in your body. The more pregnant you are, the higher the levels of hCG are as they rise throughout the pregnancy.

Hope this helps!

The best time to do it is the first pee of the day as your urine is less diluted so the test has more to work with, as the day goes on and you drink more your urine gets more and more watered down, these days though tests are pretty sensitive so it should be accurate any time of day. Good Luck xx

It should still work, especially if your period is a couple days late. First pee is best but it's hard to wait all that time when you're dying to take the test.

Yes! It will most definitely still work, I took my test after supper and it still came back positive! If you are trying to test early on though, you may want to take the sample from first thing in the morning.... it can pick up a positive a lot easier.

Best Wishes!

depending on the levels of your HCG (pregnancy hormones)it may or may not show up a positive. It is recommended to do the test first thing as this is the point that you HCG levels should be at their highest. It also depends on how far gone you, if you are testing prior to your period it may show up negative. Best to wait until your at least a week late then test first thing. Best of luck xx

Depends how far on you are. First pee of the day is strongest an contains more pregnancy hormones so if you spend the day drinking fluids you will dillute it an it might not work x

It will still work but the first pee has the most hormones in it.

I took my test during lunch and it came up immediately positive so it can still work.

It depends on how far along you are and how much of the pregnancy hormone is in you. If you are still in the early stages of pregnancy, the test may give you a false negative.
