First, this is my husband and I's first one together ... the relationship with him and my parents is not a good one so we aren't going over to their house and his family is 3,000 miles away. It's just going to be the two of us. What do you think we should do? I can't really cook. This is also my first year out of home.

Also, my mom suggested eating out at a restaurant that serves Thanksgiving dinner. Which ones do that? I live in the Seattle area. Any US chains you guys know about or local places that serve a good Thanksgiving dinner? Thanks.

grocery stores will be putting together thanksgiving meals. i heard about $50 for a whole meal. i would check that out.

if you want to try and cook here are some ideas:
i just roast a turkey in the oven. all i do is put butter and pepper ontop and make sure its not pink before i take it out. i do the stove top stuffing, sweet potatoes with butter and brown sugar, pilsbury biskets, buttered corn, canned cranberry sauce and voila! thanksgiving dinner for 2!

btw its my hubby and i's first thanksgiving too

You can go to some grocery stores, that have a deli and order thanksgiving meal. I believe Walmart does it to. Call around. Let your fingers do the walking.

I canceled mine because we were invited some where else. You have to make a reservation.
