right to work - joining unions and forming unions issue (especially look into how wal-mart will close stores rather than face unionization)
provision of health care-how much should employers pay? should they be required to provide it?
(don't forget providing it for domestic partners)
work hours: how much work is reasonalbe and how much vacation should people get
on call: should people get paid for being available via blackberry or cell phone during non working hours?
cameras in the workplace: how much 'spying' on employees from an employer is OK? what about in locker rooms and bathrooms? should the employer be able to have a camera? and if not, then how can they check for employees stealing, etc.
use of lie detector tests on employees - how reliable are they?
