at first, it seemed like she definently died but she randomnly comes back at the end...thought that was pretty strange..

well you should have known that they would not really kill her off, shame on you for believing the hype, especially Family Guy hype

She is nursed back to health by a mer-man. But the hole two episodes turn out to be Stewie using VR to see what would happen if he killed Lois.

Well that was only the 1st part of a 2 parter, so you will have to see part 2 to find out how she survived and how it concludes.
Did you honestly think they would kill her off for good? That would just throw the show out of whack.
