where in the constitution makes profiling illegal?

Profiling is highly effective and is an embarrassment to the reverse racists who oppose it. For terrorism, it absolutely should be used.

It's a slippery slope because the practice could be abused and has been abused. Liberals will say that it's not effective but that is a lie; it is highly effective.

There is nothing in the constitution that prevents government from using profiling. If airport security allows LE to search and seize anyone's bags or their person, then profiling can be legally used.

When a woman is raped, I don't complain that the police are looking for a man! If the police have a greater likelihood of success because they are searching for somebody who is likely to have certain characteristics, then in the interest of lawfulness and safe streets, I'm all for profiling. It's common sense!
