I've had boyfriends who were straight up ugly but their personality made them handsome, i left my ex for a man who is not good looking by anybody standards

Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder. Seriously, in marriage you are looking for a partner so you would definitely want someone who would help you out rather than have someone who is like a painting and only pretty to look at.

depend on what does "not so good looking" mean. if it means not as good as the really pretty ones than thats fine. if it means real ugly than no...
but if i have to choose between an ugly/hard-working and pretty/lazy i would choose the latter. and im sure most, like 99% of the men would agree with me, even though some do not admit.
give me thumbs down if you want. im just saying the truth. but b4 u do so. ask urself (no matter ur girls or guys) what would u choose in this situation. dont lie to urself.

Those kind of men that go for the sexy woman only want a trophy wife and eventually the marriage will fail. I have met men who are so good looking but one word comes out of thier mouth and you find every flaw inside and outside. I have met some men who I thought no way would I ever go out with them but then found out that thier personality made them a better looking person. Looks fade.

Get an ugly girl to marry you

that a good question>>>i would say there has to be something there for the bothe of man and women to have to stay together....see like now day alot of people are in it for what ever and mind and soul dont matter any more all they want is the body...people dont look whats on the inside any more and when i say the in side i mean whats in there heart...people just after one thing only and alot of it is looks and sex....so for me i would say she would have to be with in her self with a head head on her shoulders ...i dont care what what that person looks like as long as she has a good sence of humor....
