While I like Teagan just fine for either gender -- it is a traditionally-unisex Celtic name, after all -- there is no "male" or "female" spelling. Just the proper one, which is of course "Teagan." LOL Teegan is simply an overly-phonetic Anglicization used by parents who either don't realize Teagan already HAS that same pronunciation or want to make it clearer to others. It also buys into the horrible idea that misspelling a name somehow indicates femininity (because apparently we women are inherently poor spellers! LOL Shame). It's not the "feminine" form by any stretch, however. ;) So yes ... I'd spell it Teagan.
For what it's worth, you can generally count on faulty information from any site with "baby names" in the title. ;) They're catering to the whims of expectant parents and could care less about a name's actual history and correct etymology, so the spellings and meanings listed are simply meant to generate the highest number of "pleasing" options for parents who may stumble upon them, more often than not.
This site is rather reliable, if you're interested: http://www.behindthename.com/name/teagan
You might also like the very-similar, strictly-feminine name Tegan (said TEG-an or TAY-gan, rather than TEEG-an), by the way.

I prefer the spelling "Teagan" over "Teegan", but I do not like the name. It does flow well with Victoria though.

I've never actually encountered anyone with with this name, but associate it with a girl more than a boy. Teagan is the spelling I prefer, for either sex.

I think of Teegan or Teigan for a boy and Teagan or Teagon for a girl. A's and O's look more feminine. I think of it as either. Cute name!

I niece's son is Teegan so I see it as a boys name, but I have never heard it as a girls name so I don't know. When I heard my niece named her son Teegan I thought the name was very original. Sounds like it is pretty popular.

In my opinion Teegan looks masculine and Teagan looks feminine.
One of my daughters was named Teagan Lily but we had her named changed to Lily Harper due to something far to detailed to explain here :)
