I have a "neighborhood drunk" and he is srating to harrass us.

What can be done about this? We are getting rather sick of all of the verbal abuse and yelling.

I don't think the guy works and it seems like he just walks around the neighborhood all day long. He is ALWAYS drunk off his azz and harrassing people.

Call the police. He is not only displaying public drunkeness, but he is likely disturbing the peace, harrassing people, and being a nuisance. Have him arrested.

Yes, call the police to make a complaint. That may also be an effective way of getting help for the guy.

Call the police.

That's what I always have to do about the guy who sleeps on the front porch of our office. I used to let it slide, but he started peeing and pooping on the porch. It was really gross.

I like sugariley's answer.

Get the stun gun. Can't go wrong and he may end up cleaning himself up. He'll go to jail for assault and will not be given any 'juice' to get tanked on. You would be doing this guy a favor.

Get the stun gun.

go and spend $49.95 for a stun gun, dont be dumb about it!!! walk quietly in his direction, touch him with it and if a commotion starts say he tried to grab me, who are the police going to believe, the only way this can go wrong is if you announce what you are going to do before hand, a stun gun will hurt way more than mace and its more effective
