It fails for a large number of women. When it was giving via prescription only doctors were mandated to tell their patients to schedle an appointment for pregnancy test in about 6 weeks just in case. Plan B is NOT birth control. It does NOT prevent fertilization of an ovum. It causes an increase of hormones that "trick" the body into thinking it is having a period and IF a fertilized ovum has implanted it will be expelled out of the body along with the uterine lining. IF the ovum has NOT implanted it can still do so and the woman remains pregnant. This is WHY plan B is only 85% effective at best...(when used properly)

no your good. i took one two and a half days later(condom broke and had a little trouble finding the pill) and it was all good. ur good to go.. have fun with ur period though.. its gunna hurt likea *****

yes it did.. i stil got pregnant.... did you throw up right after you took it.. cause then it doesnt work? and depends on how soon after you took it as well.. good luck and check with your doctor.
