Yes, it should be fine. Unless there was an electricity interruption, your turkey is good as fresh after a year.
I know from experience as I used to cook the turkey of last year so I could store the new one I'd get from work (for the following year:)
Happy turkey day!!

It depends on the freezer. Regular home freezer compartments of the refrigerator should not keep frozen meat for more than 1 month or a bit more. Deep freezing below -18 degrees Celcius can keep meat for a year.
So no one can guarantee if it is still good, it's up to you if you'll eat it or not.

"How long can a turkey be kept in the freezer?" This question is often heard by the food safety specialists answering USDA's Meat and Poultry Hotline. Although the optimum freezing time for quality — best flavor and texture — is 1 year, consumers are usually surprised to learn that, from a safety standpoint, frozen turkeys may be kept indefinitely in a freezer.

The turkey or the freezer?

Probably not. If your freezer is cold enough all the time (0 F, -18C), then you can probably store it safely for a few months, but definitely not for a year.
