Um, I'm not sure. I wouldn't spell it Vinny OR Vinnie for either gender. I'd likely "spell" it Vincent, Vincenzo, Virginia, Vivian, etc., with Vinny/Vinnie as a nickname (either spelling for a girl). ;)

And really, middle names would certainly depend on what formal, actual given name would be used.

Wait, you're using Vinnie/Vinny as the full name?

Don't do that, please!

Vincent is great. And if you want something for a girl, there's the Italianate Vincenza, and the easier to handle Venice or Vinica.

And I'd say that if it's a girl nicknamed Vinnie, then you ought to use the "ie."

If you really want a short name that stands on it's own, they're out there: Brady, Rory, Cary, Naomi, Dmitri ... but Vinny isn't one of them, no matter how it is spelled.

Vinny Leigh
Vinny Rae

Or since Vinny is masculine, you may want to put something more girly with it like:

Vinny Michelle
Vinny Maria
Vinny Alyssa

Vinny Elizabeth
If you name your daughter Vinny, you should make her middle name more feminine so people don't mix it up with a guy's name.
