What is the reducing agent and oxidizing ...thanks a bunch:)

Look very hard at what you have written down and you will see that this is an unusually easy problem. However, there is a standard recipe for working out and combining half reactions, so you can do it that way.

To get you started, notice that Br starts off as Br(-1) (because of the charge), and ends up with the oxidation number +1, because in BrO-, oxygen is assigned the oxidation number -2 and oxidation numbers need to add up to the charge on an ion (or zero in the case of a neutral molecule).
