Chow. Like slang for food. Like you would say, "Let's get some chow I'm starving!" Okay, I don't know anyone that would actually say that, but it's just an example.
By the way "ciao" can be used for "hello" or goodbye," if you didn't already know that.

"cha - o"; the English spell "chow" will actually be "ciau" in Italian, which is by chance sometimes actually used.
