It depends on her cycle. I used to have my period evey 35 days and my friend has them every 40 days. It could also be a result of stress.
Now is ealry enough to take the test though so you could maybe buy her one?!

If she's really stressed, that can cuase her to miss her period. Also, when you change your diet that can affect your period. I wouldn't say she's 35 days late...she just missed a period. Take a home pregnancy test to verify...age also plays a factor in your periods. As we hit our 20's our bodies change. My periods got lighter and then disappeared. If she doesn't feel pregnant she probably isn't, but take a test to be sure.

Hi:)
Stress can affect periods big time!!! But 35 days late is HUGE!
You could propose her a massage, and prepare her a bubble bath with candles, etc. to help her relax. If it does not trigger the period, you really should be buying a test and insist that she takes it ---propose to be there for her, and do not pressure her with the "what if" ;)
If the test comes back negative, it wouldnt hurt to talk to a doctor about it;)

Diet and exercise can definitely make a period late, or even skipped completely (speaking from experience).
But, why not buy her a test and ask her to test. Just tell her it would ease your mind if she would just take it.

Good luck!

Help you? How? If you're concerned, ask her to take a pregnancy test. They're available at any drugstore. If she's not pregnant, start using birth control so that this doesn't happen next time.

Sounds like she is pregnant. I didn't have ANY symptoms except for a missed period until I was almost 2 months along. Make her take a test. Tell her it will make you feel better if she takes it...tell her you want her to prove you wrong...she will take it.

Unless she routinely has periods that are more than a month overdue, she is probably pregnant and needs to take a test. If she is pregnant and not careful (like drinking or taking medications), she could be harming the baby. Urge her to take a test to ease your mind - buy one yourself if you need to.

Go to the drugstore, buy a home pregancy test, go to the bathroom with her, and take it together. If you're worried, she should give you the peace of mind to take the test. Good luck!

Do you really not know the answer to this question or are you just to cheap to buy the test? Or some condoms for that matter.

Congratulations, by the way.
