my guess is your serpentine belt, or possibly a tensioner is starting to go. get some belt conditioner and put it on the belts.. if it comes back, get it to a shop to have it looked at before a tensioner or pulley seizes up and shreds your belt and leaves you stranded somewhere.

chirping? hmmmm
owned 8 Blazers in a row, have a 2000 now. Have had about all you can imagine done to one in service and never heard a chirping.
maybe a squeal? if that... then belts, pulley, etc. if a squeak that is like a squawk... then I would focus on springs, bushings and shocks.

i might say that they are good that the belt might want some tightening thats if it has a squeaking sound yet once you reported that it looked like a chirping noise. you may wanna verify your tensioner or the bearings. it might want alternative. yet i do no longer propose putting WD-40 because of the fact it has a tendency to make the pulley slippery or in step with risk will reason your fan belt to be extremely drained.. desire that helps

Brake Pads need changed?
Ball Joints need greased?
It could be a Serpentine Belt (Belt on Alternator etc.), but, it may do this just sitting and running.
Cory had the belt as I added.

I heard the same thing, I found it to be the radiator, with the heating of the water and antifreeze.

sounds like the disc brake pad wear indicator which means it is time to change the front brake pads. if this is the problem it will only do it when you are moving.
