The tryptophan coma. Supposedly, turkey is high in tryptophan and if you eat enough it will knock you out cold. Yeah, I have heard that one before. My family eats ham for thanksgiving and we all get pretty tired by the end of the day. Too much food and too much exertion dealing with family and preparation leads to this and not tryptophan.

People just needed a reason to take a nap ... now the Spin Doctors have to go back to the labs to whip another reason..... maybe something green ... involving conservation of energy & electricity ...... Yeah that's it .... lets save energy ... turn off the lights after the meal & just sit still for 45 minutes or .... let nature take over.
