Actually it's the Routing and Remote access plug-in. you can access it from Computer Management, but only if you've already installed it under "Add and Remove Programs"

If you are asking a tech question that will apply on an exam it would be number "1" as 2,4 are no longer valid and computer management has nothing to do with it. ADUC is just one component in allowing for remote access but thats where you set the properties for "dial in".

Certainly the next part would be to configure RRAS as stated previously.

None or all. You have set your network up to allow dial in access. I'm assuming you're talking about remote access to the network?

A good admin uses all of the above to make sure unauthorized people don't have the wrong access.
