I suggest you see a doctor. Bruising easily can be a sign of something going very wrong, such as leukemia.

I would recommend getting a check up and bloodwork. You could be anemic.

There are certain prescription drugs that can also cause you to bruise more easily. In my experience, I bruised more often while taking presription anti-depressants a few years back. As soon as I stopped taking them, the bruising stopped.

So there may be something you are taking causing you to bruise or it may be something vitamin your body is in need of causing it. It would be a good idea to have it checked out especially if you feel extemely tired along with it.

I was answering another question in alternative medicine and while doing so, I remembered that when I took St. John's Wort, I also bruised easily then too. .

If you have been that way all your life, you might suffer from capillary fragility.
Sometimes it's just caused by a deficiency of vitamins C and K in your diet, so start taking a vitamin C supplement, and add vitamin K rich foods to your diet.
Dark green leaf vegetables are the best source of K vitamin available. Spinach, turnip greens, broccoli, mustard greens, Brussels sprouts are among the best.

If after 4 weeks nothing has changed, go to a doctor to see what is causing it, since it may be a sign of a serious underlying condition, like leukemia.

Yes this is a common problem associated with "anemia". Anemia is basically a fancy word for a condition where a person does not have enough Iron in their blood. Other side effects would be tiring easily, feeling dizzy, and sometimes even a craving to eat crunchy foods, most commonly ice. If this sounds like you I would go to your doctor to get some blood drawn to test for it. You could also take a iron suppliment. However be careful if you have kids as Iron overdose is the most common deadly toxic ingestion in children. So obviously don't let them near it. Good luck!

If I were you, I'd take centrum vitamins. I'm 14 and I used to bruise all the time till I took those. They make the body stronger.

Also, try eating bigger portions of fruits and vegetables and cutting down on the junk food.

Since I know that's hard to resist, you can still eat the same amount of junkfood and take vitamins, and you won't bruise.

Give it a week or 2 and you'll see changes.

Hoo boy, do I hear ya. I bruise like a peach, it's ridiculous. This can often be helped by getting more iron in your diet, which you can do by eating more red meat (beef) and/or vegetables like spinach and kale. Iron supplements help to. After those dietary additions, if you're still bruising badly, you may want to see a doctor.

All thats happened is you havent held the skin tight enough before ripping the strip off which means the skin has tugged with it and caused a bruise. It will go away in about a week. Doing your own bikini line can be hard to get the hang of but with practise you will be able to do it yourself. If you arent confident doing it again, go to a salon.

Increase your iron intake.

Also, check with your Dr. Depending on your age, you could be on a medication that allows the body to bruise easily.
