depending on the material that they are made of
if the material is a tee shirt material you can cut them and put them in in-expensive frames and hang them on the wall
if the shirt was worn for a special event(b'day) mark that on it too.
if the material is thick like sweet shirt material then cut it into squares and make a pillow with it
if she plays with dolls make doll dresses
if you are really good at sewing save them and when you have a lot cut squares and make a quilt out of them and put it away for when she has children, makes a nice keep sake

Quilting can be great fun and done in any fashion. There has been quite alot of free-style quilts being made of just those kinds of things. Cut out the designs, leaving enough background material for your pattern. If you've never done this before, you'll want to use straight lines. Save the rest of the shirts for pieces to fill in around the designs. Jersey is very hard to 'quilt', that is the running stitches that you cover the quilt with to make puckers, so the tied corner method is better. After you piece together the quilt top layer, sandwich in a layer of quilt batting, then a bottom layer. Buy jersey at the store for this. (If you use cotton for the bottom it may shrink a lot more than the jersey from the top.) At the intersections of each piece, with a tapestry needle, pull through and back out 2 pieces of contrasting rug yarn. Tie these and cut them to a desired length. Then you'll have an original quilt. May not look too great to you, but will be your daughter's "lovey" for life! Have Fun!

by fusing the part of the shirt you want onto fusible interfacing, it will stop any stretching. you can then sew them into whatever you fancy, but quilts, cushions, throw rugs, wallhangings, pelmet and/or curtains for their room, make a 'scrapbook' out of them, using heavier fusible interfacing, and tell a story of the picture on each page, using dates, ages, places, memories, etc. , use them as backing of a photo frame and mount a photo of her with the image perhaps even one of her wearing the shirt.
mount the fabric on cardboard and make it the focal point of a wallhanging, hook decoration, or nameplate.
use the fabric to make special clothes hanger covers, you know the plastic ones in the shape of a triangle. will need a bit of handsewing it on the hanger.
I hope these ideas have been a source of inspiration for you.

I made a gorgeous quilt out of the pinafores of m daughters dresses from when she was little.
For my sons, I am saving all of their baseball, football, basketball jerseys with their numbers on them and will make a quilt out of them. For the boys, I have also saved a few of the "favorite" T-shirts for them as well.
What a great way to remember all of the fun you had while growing up!

Cut away the whole front of the shirt, fuse it to interfacing, and then cut a big quilt square out of it. You can use the squares for a quilt, pillow, tote bag, or frame it for a picture.

Make a t-shirt quilt!! Yo ucan cut out the images/saying of her shirts (make sure they are all the same size or they will look weird) and sew them together. I'm sure you can go to your local craft store (JoAnns) and they would help you w/ it. And if you are not a sewer, go to a sewing shop and ask them how difficult it would be to do.

Make a quilt, or pillows. You could also frame them as pictures and hang them up.
