Larry Craig isn't openly gay.
He's still tightly closeted, and claims he isn't gay.
I wouldn't vote for him because he's an idiot, sexual preference doesn't really factor into it, though trolling for gay sex in bathrooms kind of makes me question his judgement.

Yes. They have more wealth than most people because they do not have to support children so majority would be Republicans were it not for the anti gay position of the Republican party. If they nominated and openly gay man for president even I would take it as proof thar the Republicans were no longer anti gay

Well, if I were a republican, and I liked where the candidate stood on the issues, then I wouldn't take their sexual orientation into consideration, seeing how that doesn't make a difference on how well they would perform in office.

To be fair to Sen. Craig, there no definitive proof he is homosexual. I would vote for a GOP candidate who is gay and who I firmly believe his commitment to serve "by and for the people" and not "by and for the corporations," as has been the GOP policy for many decades.

I will always vote for the person who I believe will do the best job in office while representing my personal concerns. I do not care about race, religion, gender, or sexual preference as these are not indicators of character, honesty, integrity, or moral fiber.

If he woudn't support gay marriage maybe. he should understand that civil unions are enough don't mess up with normal people concepts like marriage.
A new product logically demands a new name therefore civil union should do.

They've banned smoking in the White House. I believe that also includes pole smoking.
