childrens place usually has cheap clothes. or Kohl's they have 2 for $10 or 2 for $12. so like pants and a shirt.
If you want really cheap, go to a yard sale or flea market. Just make sure you wash them really good...

Try a goodwill store. Look for consignment shops. They usually have nice clothes for cheap prices. You could also go to Walmart. Their prices aren't too bad. If your child is in daycare, ask around and see if anyone has secondhand clothes they'd like to give away. I know that if someone asked me, I'd be glad to clean my closets! Good luck.

Find a consignment shop. Ebay has them. Garage sales are always a great place to look too.

Look for consignment stores like Children's Orchard or Inch for Inch. They have websites too. Thrift stores are good too.

Try looking at your area's listings in craigslist.com. It most likely isn't new but it's cheap. Or try ebay.com.
