I've lived in Dallas, I've got relatives in Houston, so for me it would probably be San Antonio.

Let's see, Dallas - home of Dealy Plaza, where Oswald shot Kennedy...nope
San Antonio - I've been told that the entire smells like sewage do to raw sewage being pumped into the river. So no to that one.
Houston - Home of NASA. Well there we go! Not to mention it's close to the water.
