'The Ballad of John and Yoko' by The Beatles.
My second choice would have to be 'Storm the Gates of Heaven' by Wayne/Jayne County and the Electric Chairs. How can you not laugh and feel warm and fuzzy with lyrical content like this:

Have you ever thought as the hearse goes by
That you may be the next to die?
They wrap you in a big white sheet
And then they bury you eight feet deep
And then
Your casket begins to leak!
Ah ha

The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out
The worms play pinochle on your snout
Your liver turns a slimy green
And pus runs out like big whipped cream
Your eyeballs, they turn to cherry red
And that's what you look like when you are dead!

Edit - Greg R -
You're right...I did get a warm fuzzy feeling inside. Then I had to make a mad dash to the bathroom! Haaa Haa!

Silver ~ Rose ~ Wolf - Great choices. I got a warm fuzzy feeling just by reading those titles!

Ballroom Blitz by the Sweet. The intro is so childish sounding but great, and of course the song itself is just great.

Then how about "Changes" by David Bowie. That's a really great one with a "Keep on chuggin'!" message that makes me feel nice.

"Bad Moon Rising" by Creedence Clearwater Revival if for nothing but sheer catchiness it makes me very warm and fuzzy.

And of course the infinitely cheery "Don't Worry Be Happy" by Bobby McFerrin. The only a capella song ever worth listening to.

"Pale Blue Eyes" by the Velvet Underground always at least leaves me feeling content.

Edit: Ironic I know, but you can't tell me it doesn't sound happy. The guy doesn't sound that worried at all. It sounds upbeat to me anyways. I'm not weird. Stop staring at me!
