Call to make sure but there shouldn't be a difference, I mean, Infiniti is the high end of Nissan as is Lexus for Toyota, Acura for Honda, etc. And of course the quality would be the same it's the same darn car with a different label and more pricey. But like I said, make sure first. We also have to drive maybe 20 miles to the dealership we got ours from because we have a free deal on oil changes and it's out of our way to go that far when we have a closer dealership 10 mins away.

any place that does oil changes can do that car,it doesn't have to come from a dealer as long as they use good oil and filter on it,a dealer doesn't have to do it,and most of those places do good work,and have the same oil a dealer would use on it.all you,ll do is save a little money on having this done,good luck

Infinity is also a regular car, no matter what the salesman told you.
Any oil change place should be able to change the oil.

definitly.. i dont even change the oil at mobil.. 80 bucks is ridiculous.. i get the same oil at a local garage for 40 bucks.. but yeah just look up your manual to see what vicosity of oil you need. and then just go to a local garage.
