Ultimo Dragon is very underrated in the US..one of my favs of all time cruiserweights and perharps in the top10 of all time.He is simply amazing..
Jamie Noble is so underrated too cause his RoH matches are similar to a heavyweight..awesome and at this time he at least would have been Cruiserweight Champ...

I would like to participate. I dont really know anyone else here, but I have been a wrestling fan since Austin vs Roberts at King of the Ring, so I know wrestling.
Billy Kidman, the things he would do were amazing.

I'll have to pick a current wrestler... Jamie Noble has some really good moves, and is entertaining, but keeps getting dicked in his matches.

To answer the question at hand, I would say that Jamie Noble is very underrated, only because he doesn't get pushed at all, so we never get to really see how talented he is.
