How do I deal with this?

Question

My friend wants me to pierce her ears and I told her I don't want to. You see her parents won't let her get her doubles and piercing places usually need parental consent so she wants me to do them. I told her no because I don't want to risk infection, but she was like I don't care if I get an infection just do it! I don't know what to do???

Don't do it! Not only is there infection, but it's going to hurt her like h*ll which she probably doesn't realize, and the worst part is that when her parents find out, they're going to be SO mad at her that they probably won't let her see you anymore. Tell her you don't want to be responsible for making her parents so mad that they won't let you come around any more. If she has a problem with that then she's a lousy friend. She shouldn't even put you in this awkward position anyway. If she wants to defy her parents that bad, tell her to do it herself. Then she alone will have to deal with the wrath of her parents, not you.

well you got two options:

one: don't do it.. who care if she gets mad she can't tell you what to do.

or

two: just do it if she gets an infection the was well aware of the possibility.

just make sure if you do do it.. disinfect the needle first burn the tip before piercing her ear./ Clean her ear with alcohol/ and make sure the earring you place on her is gold! getting a fake earring WILL cause infection!

Now you decide! what's easier telling her no and who cares if she gets mad or going through the procedure of piercing her ear?? =)

Me personally would pierce her ear just for the heck of it..lol but that's my opinion =)

My mum's best friend did her own ears when she was little. she put ice on them first and then stabbed them with a needle, she had an apple at the back to get the needle in. My mum wouldn't let me get a double piercing but after 3 months of asking i got it done and now i hardly ever wear earrings. Don't do it

my suggestion is not to do it, no only for the infection which is worrying, also you will get in trouble with her parents and i think that for both of you to continue your friendship without any problem, then is better if you don´t do it. An idea could be that she do it with somebody else... but that is her choice.

first of all if she was a true friend she wouldn'r put you in that situation where you could cause her to get really sick and disobey her parents.

second your definitely going to get in trouble if you do it because her parents are going to ask her where she got the piercing and she might blame you. but her parents also might suspect you

i suggests that you tell her that you won't do and stick to your word

my freind pierced her own ears because i wouldnt DONT DO IT her ears got so infected that the infection spread throughout her body and she was in the hospital for three months because the docters said the infection could KILL her if she dont belive you use me as a prime example

don't do it. she can get an infection. have u ever sen people with a big bulge behind their ears? does she want that to hapen? don't do it. some serious things can happen if she gets an infection.

Just keep telling her no and give her a reason of why yu don't want to. If she gets upset with you, she might not have been a true friend to begin with.

dont do it. shes like most other teenagers, we dont care about the risks, we just want the instant gratification. and we all need someone to tell us no, even if it makes someone mad and we dont get what we want. she will just have to deal with it
