Knowingly and deliberately causing a nasty disturbance by committing suicide.

Intentional murder of any kind. Any murder that the person who committed it wanted the other person dead even for a split second whether they planned it or not.

And I think there should be a one year waiting period for death row to make sure there were no mistakes in the case but I would think that should be long enough.

Murder in any degree, abuse to a child, rape of any kind, molesters, gang members, and speed up killing the deathrow people. Clean out the jails for serious crimes and let the jails only be used for minor crimes like robbery or drunk driving like it should be.

Murder only, if any.

I perfectly understand the motivation of those who'd like to see child molestors executed, but I disagree - for purely practical, not moral reasons.

The overwhelming majority of child molestation is carried out by close family members. If the penalty for molestation was death, then we'd see a huge increase in the number of molestation victims who are murdered.

If little Jane is molested by her uncle, and says "I'm going to tell", and the penalty for molestation is death, the uncle has a HUGE incentive to kill her and hide the body, hoping that he won't get caught.

If he does get caught for killing her, then "so what?" - he'd have been executed for molesting her anyway, so why not kill her and remove the potential witness?

none: to many innocent people get convicted of murder: in this area an apparently incompetent coroner had several innocent people convicted of murder of children and some served years in prison before they were exonerated.
