if they are savy enough to know how to use a packet sniffer, then they can see the traffic on the wire that is not encrypted. I'd also venture that there is a man in the middle they could use, but like I said they'd have to be somewhat computer savy.
Or just install some monitoring software and watch you surf that way.. or just go through your history when your AFK.

Yes.
How they do it depends on their knowledge, and the equipment on the network. For one, your computer stores that information(depending on whether you have changed your settings, or you wipe over deleted files etc). Two, they could install software on your machine to monitor that. Three, if the network is using a router, the router can log activity, and email it to any email address.
Suffice to say there are a number of ways you can get access to information on someones internet usage, and while you can take measures to ensure that no software is present on a particular computer, or that you delete, and wipe over all internet files and logs, every router can keep logs of activity, from the one in your home network, on up.

There is a way to track every thing you do, and have your activity saved to another computer on the network. So they don't even have to touch your computer.
Nobody on here has suggested it yet -
BTW - the police can have your ISP monitor your activity too. You would be amazed at what they can get.

If you are attached to a hub then absolutely. There are programs called sniffers that can capture traffic to and from the internet and with a little knowledge you can glean all sorts of stuff out of the captured info. Of course they can always look at your history too (but where is the fun in that!!!)

Not unless they are behind your PC, or they have shared access to your history/cookies/bookmarks. Also if you have any remote assistance or remote desktop connection enabled, I suggest disable it. Generally the answer is no, they would only see what you share in my network places.

Some routers can track that information... but your parents would have to know what they are doing. If they are just Joe Schmoe, then you have nothing to worry about... Go Look at that porn... it will open your mind.
