I was also just offered a loan, The person that I spoke with was Peter Barns 18664675980 ext418, He stated to me that the upfront payments were because they have a private investor that is willing to give me the loan but they way that they secure it is to purchase an insurance policy on the loan 1st. He is asking for 220.00/mth for 5mths upfront and then the amount paid up front will be deducted from the amount owed. I was at the computer when he called and he instructed me on how to get to the webite. I did a search on the company and a reverse on the address and found nothing. I also checked the better buisness bureau and found nothing. This is obviously some kind of scam

Did you find out anything more about Citizen Financial Group? I have also been offered a personal loan though they are requesting that I pay 4 months payment up front.
