i have had the same problem i used a simple peach facial scrub adn after a few aplications and washes my face has cleared up if i stop using it i start breaking out in spots again. As i have been told i will tell you from what was said to me that when we give birth our hormones will eventually settle back down and our faces will clear back up. good luck in your pregnancy my love, i wish you well with it all.

You can use anything except accutane. Keep in mind though, that your skin will be VERY sensitive, so go with something made for sensitive skin.
Salicylic acid should be fine as long as you aren't using facial peels or wart removers. Using facial cleansers once or twice a day won't cause any problems.

You should be ok to use most anything, I am 4 months pregnant and I just use the herbal face wash. It sounds like you might be having a girl..... old myth, boys give beauty and girls take it away. Good luck!

Nothing with salicylic acid!

Try to find some natural cleansers. I use products from Mario Badescu.
