Since the middle name will definitely be James, I'd personally eliminate:

Jackson - Jackson James is far too alliterative and, unfortunately, "Britney" at the moment (given the whole "Jayden James" baby name debacle LOL).

Isaiah - though it's one of my favorites from your list, I'm not loving the identical "AY" sounds in both. Isaac James would be a nice compromise, however! ;)

London - okay, so this one I'd eliminate regardless of middle name. It's just too "random trendy place name" -- commonly used for either gender, no less -- for my taste. Especially considering the others on your list. Popularity aside, they're all solid, obviously masculine choices. London is anything but.

That leaves Connor James (very common combo, given the popular CJ initials) and Liam James (which would get my vote). I know you're trying to whittle it down, but it seems Callum/Calum James would also appeal. It combines the prominent sounds of both Connor and Liam quite nicely, and the fact that it's a slightly more unusual option might be a plus (given your comment regarding feminine suggestions). ;) Just a thought!

As to the girl names listed, I adore both Felicity and Lola. Classic and feminine, but not completely expected (and certainly not overused). ;)

Ella is also lovely, though obviously more common, and while I quite like both Liliana and Lilian/Lillian, I wouldn't use the simple combination of Lily and Anna listed, as it just appears to be a misspelling of Liliana itself.

Some others that seem a similar style or sound:

Verity
Gwyneth - can mean "happiness," like Felicity ;)
Lilith
Laurel
Lorna
Lucille
Lucia
Eloise/Eloisa
Eleanor/Elinora
Eleri - separate from Ellery, it's a feminine Welsh name
Talulla
Emelina
Evelina
Evangelina (-leena ending sound for these last few)

For boys, I love Connor, Jackson, and Liam. And with the middle name James, I think that Liam is the best.

Liam James is awesome because of the repeated A and M. I really like it. It's strong, yet trendy. It's masculine, but sweet. It's a great name. Jackson James is nice too, but then his initials will be JJ, which is only good if you think that JJ is a cute nickname.

Connor is good too, but I just like Liam better with James. It depends on your last name though. If your last name has an N in it, Connor James Huntington would be very nice.

I like London, but it is rapidly becoming unisex, which is never good for a boy's name, because unisex tends to swing feminine with time, and no one wants a girl's name when they're a little boy.

I like Isaiah, but it is not as strong sounding as Jackson, Connor or Liam.

For girls, I love all of your choices, especially Lilyanna and Felicity.

What about:
Willow
Piper
Patience
Meadow
Serenity
Lucy
Sophie
Grace
Lena
Natalie
Talia
Giselle
Mae
Carmella
Charlotte
Savannah
Della
Roxanne
Morgan
Caitlin
Paige
Chloe
Maura
Juliana
Faith
Hailey
McKenna
Tessa
Molly

or what about London for a little girl?

Good luck on your name hunt.

I like London James. That's cute. My second pick for boys would be Isaiah James. For the girl names, I like Lola and Ella. Felicity and Lilyanna seem too complicated. May I also suggest Angelina or Ranee.

I like Connor James alot, and CJ as a nickname is not that bad...

I don't really like any of those girls names a lot...
Felicity just never sounded nice to me,
Lilyanna is pretty and Lilly for short... that's nice.
Lola I hate, but I do like Layla.
Ella... seems dowdy to me... not unusual really.

For girls, I love Rose or Grace as a middle name. Unusual first names...

Alexis
Jade
Amber
Scarlett
Kiley
Sienna
Elissiana
Kiera

Oh my gosh, I LOVE the name Connor... it's sooo cute. I'd say you shouldn't name your son London... It sounds like a girl's name, and kids in school could make fun of him in the future, because of "London Tipton" on the Suite Life. Felicity is ok, but I love Lola, and Lilyanna is my second choice. Ella is alright. Actually, I have a friend named LilyGrace, which is kind of like Lilyanna...

I like the name London. But not for a boy, for a girl. I have a friend who has a little girl named London. I think it's a very nice name for a girl.

I LOVE the name Jackson, goes good with James. Lilyanna is pretty, I also like Karrigan (or with a C) and Kaydence. I also really like the name Addison for a girl. Ella is cute but has become so common. My daughter's name is Madilynn and we call her Maddie. Good luck!
