i can make an email account, its when i try to register with answers i get an error code. i dont understand. i havent made THAT many, i swear.

yes i would like to have a few more. my stalker has gotten 3 of them suspended in the past 2 days. damn 13 year olds on mommy's computer unnattended to.

I have had that happen, wait a few days and it will pass the 999 error or clean oput your browser by downloading, ccleaner of of the www.filehippo.com
if you still cant do it complete the registration at the library

Probably the programmers set up the program to read from the 1900's to current year, or possibly next couple of years. Your year has not yet been identified. That would be my guess.

Lay dormant for a couple of days.... then try again, that should take care of any 999 error...

You're right. The only explanation for the problems you've been having is a troll/stalker. I for one have not seen anything to justify a suspension/deletion.
Now..the idea about moving to Canada is an intriguing one for certain...but maybe I'm just. uh.. biased. {insert evil laugh here}
