Yahoo saves up all the points taken away by deleted questions, and at the end of the year, they hold a raffle.

No, you don't get the points back. But you do have points deducted and the question still counts toward your daily limit when you delete an answer. Hardly seems fair to me.

if you write them a note they will concider giving them back if some person besides them deleted it
