If your like me, your not single out of choice! What ONE thing, would you just like someone else to do for you, just ONCE a week?
No offence to all those parents, and single Mums and Dads out there; I can't even imagine how you cope! : )

Ok, this q was meant to be a bit of a laugh! Being single is a pain in the ar*e , because you have to do EVERYTHING - cleaning, cooking, your own cuppas, etc. etc. For your own selfish needs! I'm not depressed about being single!!!! : )

Obviously you don't like yourself. Being single can be one of the greatest times of your life. If you have friends, why not have a house gathering once a week and invite some new people that others have not met. Change houses for each party and everyone contribute. Join dance classes, pilates etc. Soon enough you will find someone that you can't imagine being without, but don't rush it. You will be glad later that you had your single time to do as you please.

Actually, I enjoyed being single.
No one to tell me that I should not do that, no one to get mad if I stayed out all night, or got up at 3am and went fishing and did not come back until 3 the next day.
I rather enjoyed not having a person depend on me for emotional support. Of course, now that I am married, I love all of those things. At least my wife tells me i do. =)

I've been married, no kids. I'm so happy since my wife left me I can't stand it.
The one thing I'd like for someone else to do for me once a week is come in and clean the house.

OMG, YES! I'm not single right now, but when I was, I was soo mad/distressed/crazy!!! I like being with someone hand having their company, and other stuff as well.... ;) Sorry that you're single, good luck in the search!

I don't mind being single or doing things for myself...still better than being in a bad relationship. A loser would rather be in a horrible relationship to keep themselves from being alone.

it may sound stupid but i really miss having sumone to go to the cinema with. that was sumthing i did a fair bit with my ex and i really enjoyed it. kills me to see stuff being advertised that id love to see and then i remembr i have no one to see it with. im not sad enuf that i wouldnt go on my own, i am fairly independent like, but i live in the country and the cinemas an hours drive and itd be a bloody lonely drive on my own!
also miss "stuff" but really miss just having sumone to share my day with, tell stories, make plans etc.
dreading the christmas. esp new years. but ya never no, may meet a cute boy at sum stage!

just give me a hug when I come home from 12 hours of work a day, would be nice....once and a while I really feel under-appreciated.(i build and renovate houses for a living)....but my wife does not even do that, there is no food for me when i get home, she just sits and watches tv all day and lets the kids entertain themselves till dad comes home....... :-( but my kids hug me so it kinda evens out....
