I am always learning .I find that learning makes life easier when I learn how to deal with problems and find solutions to problems. Besides there being infinite knowledge to be had there is also the fact that we are always changing and experiencing things differently. Every day we can see things from a new perspective.One thing we learn leads to another and it never ends.When I have a problem I have learned that educating myself on that problem can help me to solve it. One example would be two years ago this month I overcame smoking addiction and it was through education about tobacco & nicotine on the website -why quit. What I learned there should keep me from falling back into smoking . There is a smoking cessation specialist who made lots of videos on every subject about the problem .I am so glad I found it or I might be smoking now. Also Learning is good for our brains I have that in my book keeping your brain alive which is about neurological health. That book has a guide on all kinds of brain exercises to help keep our brain in better health.
