What damages exactly did you have? Unless you can prove they kicked you out because of your race, etc, you have nothing.

Actually I'd love to see you try and I'd love to be in the court room when the judge reprimands you for wasting the courts time and money. And then I'd like to see the judge charge you for the court cost and time for filing a frivilous law.
Gosh, someone looked at me the wrong way, think I'll sue.

Not likely unless you can prove actual damages. they have the right to kick you out of the store.

Embarrassment? What did they say you did? Generally stores have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Sure...if you want to be laughed out of the court room. What are you sueing for? Embarrassment??? Not gonna happen. You would have to prove they are liable for something other than being embarrassed.
