I don't believe that 8 year olds can rape. They might have ACTED out what they see in films but I don't believe that kids of that age can be sexual perverts. I have a 8 year old boy and I don't believe that kids of that age can rape.
The victim was 11, right ? An 11 year old girl can easily punch her way through 8 or 9 year olds. Come on.
Then we have the actual act. What sexual act(s) precisely have they allegedly committed ? Could 8 yr olds commit that act ???
We are a society that sexualises children of younger and younger age. . As I said, I don't believe they did it.

There is also the defense that the girl said yes to it but said it was rape when her parents found out. I think they should all be punished if true (as children). We don't know what happened yet. It is a fresh case.

I read several different sources, and it all horrified me. I hope the little girl doesn't have to testify, because that would be traumatizing at any age. The 'she wanted it then changed her story' defense is so unnerving, especially in the case of a preadolescent girl.

"big boy" crimes should get "big boy" jail time.
then after they get raped in jail i bet they won't do it again.
