No, don't do it! Steve Smith has been hurt lately and is really hurting without Jake Delhomme. Brandon Jacobs is hurt and Droughns value is going up. Vince Young is really starting to come around, did you see him last night? Not a fair trade at all.

It would help if I could see the rest of your team but straight up I think this is a bad trade. Brandon Jacobs got injured against the Lions this past week, but they haven't really told us yet how bad the injury was. This means that Droughns could see a lot of playing time since Derrick Ward (the Giant's backup RB) is injured also. Vince Young hasn't been that good this year, but he has a pretty easy schedule coming up (Bengals this week, then Texans the following week). Smith has been banged up so he could be a little shaky for the rest of the season. I wouldn't do it.

It's a shame that I have to say no to giving up two players of that calibur for Smith. The QB situation is a mess in Carolina right now.

Smith is not going to get you any stats...he doesn't have receivers around him that prevents solid double-teams and the QB situation is pretty bad. You are giving up way too much for what is essentially a desperate option at WR.
