yes, my daughter and i are a design team.
we have a mannequin, too and of course a sewing machine and a whole room to create in.
she wants to be a fashion designer.
i bought her that plug and play Fashion Runway game where you pick your own models, design your outfit and even face the judges after your runway show - and her OWN sewing machine.
she is going to be one happy baby girl on Christmas Day.

Not much. I can sew a hem on a pair of pants, sew a button back on, and make very minor repairs but that's it. I can't do anything with the patterns and fabrics and make anything like that.

Yep, My Mum ran a costume hire business when I was growing up and her and my Grandmother made most of the costumes. So I learned to sew pretty young.

Nope, not a damn stitch. Nada, zilch, not a tiny stich. I'm never gonna learn how to either because ever time I try I end up soaking the damn cloth with my blood. I hate sewing!
