Yes I highly recommend getting it. It is a great addition to your phone. Its free and offers great HTML viewing...

I added it to my Ocean saterday night and have used it the most of any of my applications.

Opera Mini is a great browser. I use it with my Blackberry and it works great. It has definitely taken place of the browser that is included with the Blackberry.
