None of them! The correct scientific name of the great white shark is Carcharodon carcharias. Scientific names should be written in italics (not possible on this site, apparently), with the genus name (in this case Carcharodon) capitalized and the species name (in this case carcharias) entirely in lower case.

To correctly write the scientific name the genus is capitalized and the species is not. Also they should either be in italics or underlined.

I believe that you are not supposed to capitalize the species name.

The answer looks like it should be "Carcharodon carcharias". It should also be in italics when you can permit that.
