I heard that there is a whole "process" once you get hired and i was just curious as to what that is........

I think it's like any other waitressing job. But I do know that they have you weigh in every week to make sure you're not getting "fat". I read an article about it.

AT&T is a horrible company to work for. their processes are always backwards and ever changing, upper management never has any idea about what the hell is going on. lol best answer i have is to try somewhere else =P
