If it's a PPR league, point per reception/rush, I would go with Foster, but if not, Bowe will be nice being the main receiver targeted for the Chiefs. Divisional game too, so expect a nice game from Bowe.

Dwyane Bowe without a doubt. He will gash Oakland for at least 80 yds and a TD.

The Oakland defense can still get at it, while the Saints defense only gets at it when the paychecks are being distributed on the 1st and 15th.....Foster gets a slight edge.
