First whenever there's always a result that will come up... Its because you have two variables so there's got to be a difference between the two groups..(you wouldnt expect the rate to be the same)
Secondly, in this already they are relying on the past incidents. Its not that men are more likely to get struck by lightning more than women when they are walking outside when its raining. Its that there has been 60% more incidents of men being struck by lightning. Its just a way of manipulating data..!!!

More men play golf than woman, and maybe more men working outdoors. It's not always the tallest object that gets hit so height doesn't come into it in that case. .
