Your question makes little sense .. from what you say it seems the IR sent some money to your bank (Credit) which you then reversed (canceled) .. and now you expect a 'payment' (from IR) by some other means ????

Well first the Bank has to return the payment to IR .. that could take up to 3 days .. then some-one at IR has to notice you returned the payment ...

I expect this means your case has to be re-opened (I expect it will have been closed when the bank credit was issued) ..

Who-ever is assigned to deal with your case is hardly likely to put it as "top priority" (after all they already tried to pay you once...) .. so by the time they get around to verifying your identity, confirming your address and amount due, and then preparing a Cheque (or whatever) I guess it could take 4 - 6 weeks...
