Ok so my car is starting up fine then when I go somewhere and get back in it it won't start. Sometimes it will start but then when I go to put it into gear it dies or if I slow to a stop or go to turn a corner it will die on me? It is a 1995 Chevy Lumina. Someone please tell me what's up, I don't have the money to take it to somewhere and them charge me an arm and a leg to find out what it is!!! HELP!

Are you getting a "Check Engine" signal light on the instrument panel?
If so, take it to an auto parts store that does the Code Signal Diagnoses. They will plug a reader into the terminal under the dash and will be able to tell you what the engine signal is. Most part houses do this for free in my area, so you might call around and find one.

Good Luck.

If you don't have the money to get it checked properly, park it. Intermittent problems are the hardest ones to find. You have to get the problem active before you can find what's wrong. You have to determine if you don't have spark outputs at the spark plugs wire end, full fuel pressure, or a problem with the data stream in the PCM.
