Will this child have no justice? The adult neighbors that did this should be thrown in jail. This is absurd to mess with a disturbed child like this.

It should be against the law for an adult to knowingly communicate with a child online in this manner.
Short of civil or criminal remedies, these people should feel the disapproval of society for their actions and wrong-headed attitude. Both the woman and her husband have businesses that rely on the good will of the community. They should be marginalized pariahs.

What would you charge them with? They violated no law. The DA even said they violated no law. The situation was tragic and there is a lot of blame to go around including her parents for allowing their daughter that they knew had depression issues to access MySpace unsupervised.
