Because the gang banging thug wanna be's and their homies run the streets!!! No insults, just FACT!!!!!!
The police don't make enough money to cope with the level of violence and are out numbered if push came to shove!!!
I wouldn't give a crap what went on in those cities if I was a cop either. When you see violence on the level they have EVERY DAY, it would numb anyone, and would want to go home ALIVE to our families, just trying to "maintain" a little bit of order, where there is next to NONE!!!
