Im looking for the scrapbooks that dont load from the top but that are the sticky ones with flaps.?

Theyre the old school ones we all have photo albums with.
Know where I can get em? Ive looked at every scrapbook store and they only have the top load ones as the ones Im looking for are old. Where can I find them online?

You can still find them in stores - I know that WalMart and Target both carry them. But they are usually in the section with photo frames, not in the scrapbook aisle.

Oh, don't get those kind unless you don't care what happens to your pictures or mementos. The old school albums are not acid-free, they'll yellow over time and your pictures will be permanently affixed. Believe me, I've done it and now regret my mistakes from years ago.

If you're looking to add pictures to an album, please just buy the albums where you can slip the pictures into the slots provided. You can get these anywhere. If you're trying to be creative with laying out your pictures (thus the possible reason for your request), please reconsider and use a scrapbook or even a large journal that doesn't fuss with plastic pages at all. You can find these at bookstores and retail locations everywhere.

I would avoid these for a couple reasons. One is that your photos will become permanently adhered to the page. If you want to take it out, you'll risk tearing it. I found that out the hard way.

The other is these albums are not acid and lignon free. Your pictures will be destroyed after a few years. The photos from my son's first birthday party all turned orange. You can't see anything in them anymore.

I caution against using these albums for keepsakes. After years, they seal against the picture or article in them.
