So im trying to put the photos from my camera onto the pc. But when i try and do it a message keeps popping up saying 'cannot start TWAIN driver. Please ensure that the hardware and drivers have been successfully installed.' I dont know what this means? I know that i have installed all the drivers that i am supposed to for the camera. Do i need to download a TWAIN driver? If so where can i download this?

I dont think the company that made the camera (i.t.works) has a website. It doesnt say they do on the box. I typed it in googl and couldnt seem to find one either. Also is 12 mega pixels good. Im no good with technology.

TWAIN is simply the driver for the device you are connecting. Generally digital cameras will simply show up as a USB mass storage device for newer operating systems. Sounds like you need to get the driver manually in your case.
